Manufacturers in fields ranging from furniture and plastics to medical and electronics use Yardley stock inserts in their applications, but sometimes stock inserts aren’t the best option for what you need.
Our engineers have years of experience working with stock inserts, as well as custom solutions. They know when a stock part isn’t going to perform to meet the customer’s needs. When that happens, our engineers recommend a custom solution.
Once you’ve determined that a custom solution is right for your application, the first step is to contact us with your requirements. Most competitors will only run a minimum of 25,000 custom parts, but we’ll produce just one part if your job requires it. Once we know what you’re looking for, our engineers use our internal quote system to schedule the part to be produced and the formal quote, including price and lead time, is sent to you. If you decide to purchase the part, the request comes to us and we begin production of the initial insert.

Once we have the information we need and the final quote and print is approved, we’ll produce a single part using the first article inspection. Following approval of the first part, we begin work on the remaining parts in the order go into production.
Quality matters, which is why inspections are performed on all parts at the end of each day. Completed parts are put into inventory and shipped to you when everything is ready.
